All Fabric Products
The sale of all fabric products except for remnants, will not be eligible for return and exchange. By buying any of the following fabric products from us including lengths of fabric, self adhesive baize, cut to size fabrics and card table cloths, you accept that you will not be able to return it to us and that we will not issue a refund or credit note. This is because all of these products are made to order.
If getting the correct colour is critical to a project, we strongly advise ordering a sample swatch of the fabric before placing your main order (there is a small charge for sending out colour swatches).
Fabric Colour and Colour Representation
We cannot guarantee the colours displayed on our website are 100% accurate. The colours of fabrics displayed on our website can only ever be considered an approximation due to variablity in the light during photographing, the distinct way different digital devices render colour, nuances in colour perception and the natural variability with which wool accepts colour.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most major credit cards and Paypal payments. Payment will be taken when you place your order, and all orders must be paid for in full in advance of receiving the goods.
All prices quoted are in GBP and we only accept payment in GBP. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping Your Order
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 11am to 5pm, orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next working day.
Please keep in mind that we are not Amazon – which means you get to deal with real people, who pay tax and have excellent product knowledge. This does mean we don’t ship orders at the weekend. Though we do respond to queries outside of office hours.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If you order multiple items and one or more item is out of stock, your order will be held until complete.
