Shipping Information - How We'll Send Your Order

November Opening Times

Simon Lucas (our resident baize expert!) is travelling abroad for the second two weeks of November 2024 and the business will only be partially open between Friday 15th November and Friday 29th November 2024. All orders (excluding made-to-order items) placed between these dates will be despatched either on Friday 22nd November or Friday 29th November. Any made-to-order items ordered during this time will be despatched in early December when Simon returns from his travels, and will be with you in time for a pre-Christmas delivery if you’re in the UK mainland. Made-to-order items include cut lengths of fabric, cut to size pieces, and self-adhesive baize.

Opening Hours

We are a small family business and our office hours are Monday – Friday 11am to 5pm. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next working day.

Please keep in mind that we are not Amazon – which means you get to deal with real people, who pay all their taxes and have excellent product knowledge.

Shipping of Roll Lengths of Fabric

All lengths of fabric purchased off the roll are sent on a roll. This means that they reach you crease free and ready for your project.

International and National Shipping

We ship all roll lengths and bolts of the fabrics we stock via courier, domestically and worldwide.

International shipping is calculated on a per order basis – choosing the most cost-effective courier at the time of order. For more information on international shipping queries please contact us

Shipping Baize Offcuts, Remnants and Swatches

All smaller pieces of fabric will be sent via the postal system and charged accordingly. In the UK these orders will be sent via Royal Mail and internationally they will be sent airmail.
